Ok, lets try this. These aren't from one day, and there aren't 12 of them . . . but they are pictures none the less.
Lets start with last nights staff and board christmas party . . .

Here is the tree with all the gifts under it. Mine is the one wrapped in tinfoil . . . it's a pineapple with $20 crinkled up and hidden in the leaves !

So Here we have the gifts from the 'Dirty Santa' or 'White Elephant' gift exchanging game that we played. Among some of the more interesting were: jingling elf boxers, an Armorall Car kit, and a candle that all the women though smelled great but I though smelled like nasty.
Here we have one of the tables with the wonderful decorations. This all took place in the church's Cafe area by the way. Normally set up for Sunday School, tonight it was set up just for us !
Every person had their own place setting, denoted by a silver leaf as shown above. Mrs Shawn (the pastors wife) and Mrs. Henry (as well as Veronica and Mrs. Anne) worked very hard on getting the decorations just right.

The food line. The church provided the meats (prime rib from Kings Court restaurant, and a couple of Honey Glazed Hams from Carl's). Everyone who came provided a side vegetable. I have to say, there were some very nice sides there . . . but my Party Corn took first place !
My Party Corn ! I would like to take the opportunity to state that the recipe is my own, and certainly not taken from Melody Jones (wife to DrJones4Ever). Here is the recipe . . .
1 Can Yellow Fiesta Corn (yellow corn with some red and green peppers in it, yell corn corn will do)
1 Can White 'Shoe Peg' Corn (white sweet corn will do)
1 Small Can of Green Chiles (like you would find in the Mexican food section)
8 Oz. of Cream Cheese
1 Stick of Butter
Soften Cream Cheese and butter for several hours out in the open (or heat them in the microwave) until they are so very soft. Then mix them in a bowl a bit. Add the can of corn (after draining them of water) and mix. Add the can of Chiles (drained if they are watery), mix. Add some salt and pepper to taste (baking them in makes it better !).
Put the whole concoction in a pan, cover with foil or lid, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes (20 minutes in a convection oven).

Here we have my office. Messy I know. But if you'll notice that box on the floor . . . I'm in the process of cleaning out stuff that I need to take home (or take to the dump) and making it all nice and clean . . . at least as clean as it ever gets. On the wall you can see a poster highlighting the electromagnetic spectrum, as well as a network communications protocol map poster, and a Halo 3 poster. Yes, I do have a fish tank in my office. No, there are not currently any fish in it.

And here we have the most electro-magnetically charged area of my office . . . the computer repair corner. The server you see in the rack there (RANDIR) is currently the only fully working one (as HEBION is having some bad block issues and RANDIR is . . . well . . . burned). Obviously the wires need to be run better, and there are a lot of things laying around . . . but that's what happens when servers melt down . . . you make stuff happen and leave things laying around until you have time some other day to clean up.
And here we have RILIEN. I have replaced the power supply, scavenged a processor from another mother board (Pentium III), and gotten it to at least boot . . . well it will load the first SCSI BIOS for the first hard drive, but on the second one it freezes up and stops. I have to figure out how to load the SCSI BIOS utility and take the second drive out of the picture and see if that makes it happy.
That's it for now. I have to go get ready for church services now that lunch is over.
